This item is an Apollo 12 cover with a silver Apollo 12 Commemorative coin, facts about the mission and encased in a protective plastic overwrap. It is in MINT condition to be so old. The obverse depicts the Apollo 12 launch in a Saturn V and the obverse depicts Conrad and Bean at Surveyor 3 which soft landed 2 years earlier. Apollo 12 marked the first pin-point landing of the LM on the lunar surface. They landed about 300 meters from Surveyor and brought back samples of the probe to Earth for analysis
