Hello lorielie,

The sofa and loveseat appear to be made in the 1940's or1950's . The fabric looks to be new and not original. The style is very popular with dark wood furniture . Depending on the area of the country you live in determines price. In our area and in my shop a set like your would be priced at 900.00 to 1200.00. Retail. In some areas it would be less and in perhaps higher in others. If you get a chance look in the Worthopedia , search under Duncan Phyfe Furniture and compare some styles and prices.
