Siglo means 'century' in Spanish and XIX is 19 in roman numericals. I looked through the Worthopedia database and, while I didn;t find a Ma Cristina, I found an Odette Siglo XIX - http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/doll-wooden-stand
I also came across a Vintage Marin Elvira Siglo XVI Doll at another auction site - a real beauty of a doll and correspondingly priced at $100 plus.
