		<description>Well said Steve. I would add one thing. That is, a consignor should understand the intake and inventory process completely. 

Some auctioneers may think an item is worthy of it&#039;s own individual lot allocation, while another auctioneer may deem that item as a box lot item. 

While this is acceptable in many cases, a red flag should go up if your big ticket items were sold or will be sold in lots.
