Hi,
I have in my possesion. a Salesmans copy of the Pictorial Field Book of The Civil War, where there are over 2500 hand written signatures by varioius soldiers etc, subscribing to the set of "Pictorial Field Book of the Civil War by Capt. A.Annard" which was published later. I take it a probably a survivor of the Civil War was commissioned to go and try to sell sets.this being a sample, all signatures are in the back pages Hoping to fine someone interested in purchasing, it is in full leather, a stamped name on title page"Library of Hannibal Hamlin" Thanks Ken
