I have a 17" X 17" Kauba statue of a horse with infantry saddle and sword which I was told is either called "Waiting for the General or Waiting for Orders." It is signed at base Carl Kauba. Can anyone tell me if this is an original or a reproduction piece and the approximate value?

Thanks

I have a book in good condition with leather binding entitled:
Everyman's Guide to Motor Efficiency by H.W. Slauson*M*E* and Howard Green. It was published in 1922 by Leslie-Judge Company in New York. Can you give me an approximate value plese?

I also have another book in good condition with leather binding that belonged to my great great uncle and signed by him. His name was Thomas S. Hall 3/6/28. He was the inventer railroad search light signal. The book is entitled Electrical Trouble Shooting on the Motor Car by A.H. Packer and published by A.H. Packer in 1927. I would also like to know the value of this book.
Thank you.

We have a bronze sculpture about 2ft. tall of "peace" signed "C Kauba" by the chief's left foot. We don't know how to tell if it is an original or a copy. At the end of "C Kauba" there is a small circle with a dot, then 2 lines in it, and we can't tell if it is a number or what it might be. The figure is on a black marble base. What can we look for to help us determine if this a a copy or not?
