A Pair of Monumental Andirons, E 19th C, of wrought iron and having large ball finials with scrolled "petals", curved columns with scrollwork, hanging rings, hooks and chains for hanging pots and two openwork trivets to the back (one detached), and with holders to the fronts for fire tools. Each 45 3/4" high, 13 1/2" wide.
