I'm a Moon Knight fan - always liked him as a kid during the "Marc Spector" series and I'm now reading thru the Essentials trades. One thing regarding the mention about Stephen Platt. My limited Platt knowledge is a bit fuzzy, but I don't think he ever worked on Hulk or Pitt. Are you confusing him with Dale Keown perhaps? The Image Comics work I remember Platt doing was Prophet.
