If it makes ya feel any better,'So do I'believe it or not. I bought a lot at a storage unit, the WW11 veteran had passed away.Anyhow, besides a couple of Van Gough prints, there were these 2 10 by 26-28" frames with ink etched( I believe) on thick matted paper. They were diff.dock-water scenes-nice detail, the same but diff. They both said Lambert in pencil on the back with #'s.I too, searched for many,mo. to no asvail. Although Lambert Leonard Constant Lambert (August 23, 1905 – August 21, 1951) was a British composer and conductor. Early life Lambert was the son of Russian-born Australian painter George Lambert. I found all kinds of Lamberts, but I also found something else interesting.Behind one of the inks sketch, was red tape in place of the tiny nails.Do you know, that, that bugged me for almost 2 years, and against my better judgement, one day, I carefully pulled back that tape to find,an abstractof a french soldier, signed E O, same size as the frame, quietly sitting there, maybe never to be found, but WHY????I am even more bugged now,... anna

I have a pair of paintings, the bottom right hand side says 'Lambert', but we are not 100% sure. Any ideas???. I have searching for months, but to no avail. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.
