George,
This article is a few years old. It might be a good idea for you to use our Ask a Worthologist services. You will need to let us see a few photos of your Baffle Ball Machine. Give us a little information about it and its condition We can check to see what the market is bringing today. Here is a link to Ask a Worthologist service:

A few years ago, my parents went to a raffle at their church. They paid $1.00 for a ticket. The items were several different things that had been donated to the church for the Raffle. My parents ended up winning a large Blenko glass bowel. Its about 8-10 inches tall and about 12 inch diameter at the rim. Its yellow, with a blue stripe going around near the rim, and the rim has what i would call a wave (~~) pattern. The church told my parents that it was originally an $800.00 bowel, but I am not certain of its worth.
I saw the Blenko Handcraft sticker which had their website address on it, on the bowel. I went their, but could not find anything about it. I never checked the bottom of the bowel for an artist's name, and will check that tonight. I will take pictures of it, and post them on a website tonight, along with an artist's name, and any other details that i can find out about it.
I will post the website address here later tonight.
From what I know, my parents are willing to sell it. If anyone is interested or has any information on it, you can visit the website address that I will post later today.

Hi, - I am having a 'blank' moment re the abbrev. Pa., it is Pennsyvania, right (other would be Phillidelphia.) usually, i know, i just went blank !! (i don't recognize the city Lehighton, either) But the reason i twigged is, that my Father lived in Carbondale, Pennsylvania until he was 8 - when his parents died withinn 2 wks of each other due to the Spanish flu - 1/2 the town died at that time. So, he & his 3 siblings were sent to Vancouver,B.C., Canada to an aunt, where he remained til he was 90, he passed at our home with us..............so i have distant roots in the US!

i have a cute salt & pepper set - i do not know if my mom was given them or bought them (i wd think given)....Royal
Winton - Pixie is the name on the bottom....& i can see
"wade" - so i learned from your site, Grimwade,
It is a grassy patch with a pixie in red sitting down, legs out and arm resting - i think on grassy knoll, & 2 mushrooms - the salt & pepper in their nesting places in the grass - they are reddish tops, blending down with yellows and yellowy greens.....the grass is a real light limey green.........it is in great condition, as far as i
can see.............can you help me to find a value?
i am very 'green' to this.......tks, judy vanderhorst
I have seen them on my mom's display all my life.....with all her other special ornaments - small things bought on any of their trips years ago - & a perfume bottle (very pretty) from Paris - sent by my dad in the war - but the perfume had evaporated in the trip! just an unusual collection!

Enjoyed your history on the Blenko glass.
I love that stuff and have quite a collection.
Also, intriqued by fact that you are local to my area, Lehighton, Pa. and so knowledgable.
Thanks.
Sincerely, Karen Lusch
