First things first- WHO defines which character is "Hispanic". Do they have to have a Spanish sounding last name or speak Spanish? Or just have black/dark brown hair and dark eyes in conjunction with two of the above? I realize that this sounds a bit like trying to define who is"black"( where in practical terms the old"one drop of black blood makes you black"-even if in practical terms you are fairer skinned than Michelle Pfeiffer or Sharon Stone) or the halachic conception of having a Jewish mother makes you Jewish holds sway). Please clarify!
