I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in an Abstract Title of Denver, Colorado from 1864. PT Barnum was an owner of the property located in Villa Park which he named Barnum. Judging from the entries in this title he had a few legal issues and had upset a few people. There are still parks and business' with the Barnum name to this day.

I have found a collection of circus memorabilia that belonged to my grandmother who actually performed with Ringling Bros circus as did her brother.
I'm trying to find out if anyone would be interested in purchasing these original photo's, contracts and a check for $40 dated 1926 that was never cashed.
Please let me know if you know anyone who would be interested.
Thanks,
Robin
