Hi Lisa, the song and movie have always been a favorite. We always use to watch “White Christmas” every Christmas day with the in-laws. Here’s the original recording from “Holiday Inn” 1942 and yes something “gets in my eye” every time I hear it. Here you go Enjoy:

Great story, Mike! I know just what you’re talking about. Last night we watched “White Christmnas”. OK, so it’s not the otiginal, but it was the aniversary of my Mom’s death. Besides, der Bingle has always done it for me. I sobbed through a lot of the movie, but it still held its Christmas magic for me! Thanks for the memories (and Hope, too!)
