Job Title:               Marketing Manager

Reports To:           CEO

FLSA Status:         Exempt

Essential Requirements

  • 5-7 years marketing experience with at least 2-3 years managing others
  • Social media marketing and engagement experience
  • Relationship management skills
  • Applicant must have a strong understanding of recurring revenue, strong grasp of numbers and bottom line
  • Ability to manage revenue generating programs such as resellers, affiliates, and WorthPoint partners (affinity)
  • Demonstrated experience & success in revenue generating web-based marketing with ROI feasibility and analytics tracking

Preferred Experience

Applicant should have experience in understanding the buying and selling of antiques and collectibles. Understanding eBay selling, thrifting, estate sales, garage sales, and antiques is a plus.

Duties

  • Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization
  • Researches and analyzes demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
  • Develops and manages marketing budget
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
  • Oversees development and production of promotional and collateral materials
  • Cultivates relationships with business partners to promote company brand
  • Monitors competitive products and marketing activities
  • Oversees development and management of email marketing content and strategy in addition to maintenance of customer email database
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners
  • Resolves conflicts and facilitates changes in structure of marketing group to ensure objective fulfillment and swift response to marketing problems and opportunities
  • Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
  • Manages content, engagement, and administration of social media platforms
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
  • Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
