Happy new comics day, Y’all! It’s Wednesday and once
again, guess who got called into work. That’s right,
ME! Uggh! So here I am sitting in my own filth after
racing from work to the comic shop and then home as
fast as possible just to tell you guys what comics you

Last Wednesday the Skrull Invasion of the Marvel Universe kicked off in the pages of “Secret Invasion” #1 where we found that many of the Marvel characters we love may not be who we think they are.

This Week in Geek 4/2
If you’re headed to the comic shop, bring your wallet because this new comics day is a whopper. Everything came out this week and I mean everything! The end of the “Action Comics” Superman Legion tie-in hit today, along with new issues of both “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel”. Did I forget to mention a little Marvel Comics crossover called “Secret Invasion”?

New Comic Wednesday came with a sunny, warm feeling this week as winter has finally melted from the prairie and spring seems to be here. Baseball spring training is in full swing (no pun intended) and the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament begins.

This week Marvel Entertainment premiered their trailer for the new Incredible Hulk movie starring Edward Norton as the Hulk. This latest Hulk movie pits Bruce Banner, the Hulk’s alter ego, against the Abomination, another Hulk-type monster with more psychotic tendencies.
