Description: You get fifty (50) 49-Star Silk Flags! These were removed from damaged sticks. They measure 8” x 12” and are in excellent condition, circa 1959. They have tiny holes in left side corners where they were once attached to a flimsy stick. This is barely noticeable and does not detract from these beautiful flags. These would be ideal for wall decor, party favors, promotions, give-aways, decorative banners, craft projects, etc. This is a rare form of the US flag. Alaska, the 49th state, entered the union on January 3, 1959. Hawaii, the 50th state, obtained statehood on August 21, 1959.
