I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THE BELKNAP MANTLE CLOCK IS EXTREMELY RARE.
A BELKNAP COLLECTOR OF TOOLS CALLED FROM LOUISVILLE (FORMER HOME OF BELKNAP) AND STATED THIS CLOCK IS WORTH $1000 TO $2000 AS COLLECTORS ACROSS THE USA ARE LOOKING FOR BELKNAP ARTIFACTS.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: I HAVE RECENTLY TAKEN THE CLOCK OUT OF MY TRUCK AND ONE LEG IS DAMAGED (BROKEN OFF) ON THE TIP.
I ALSO CANNOT FIND THE PENDULUM AND KEYS AT THIS TIME BUT WILL SEND THEM TO YOU IF AND WHEN I FIND THEM.

I have this wonderful old mantel clock, advertising the" Belknap Hardware & Mfg. Co. Inc. Louisville, Ky." in small print around the bottom of the face.
The trade mark for Belknap Blue Grass is in the center area, and reads "Belknap Hardware & MFG Co. Extra Quality Blue Grass Louisville U.S.A. "

This clock does work and was serviced in 2007
The back is intact.
I think it is walnut with decorative brass legs, handles & trim. It is 17" wide, 5 1/2" deep, 10 1/4" tall.
It is a unique old clock and we have had it on our mantel just the way it is for over 25 years.
