Description: Up for sale is a hand carved, hand painted, 24k gold gilted, Buddhist Shrine from the early 1800's China. This piece stands just over 10ft tall x6ft wide x 3ft deep. The workmanship is stunning and is in great shape to be so old. The insurance appraisal was done in 1982 for $12,000 and the economy has forced the sale of this shrine.
