VINTAGE STEIFF HORSE, 1950's
This vintage Steiff horse is from the 1950's and in very good condition. No torn seams, body still firm with stuffing, no stains or spots. Bridle and reign are firmly attached, but with a little 'cracking' on one side of the bridal. Although the yellow Steiff label is missing, the metal Steiff insignia is intact. The mane has a little hair loss, as well as the tail. But all remaining mane and tail hair is soft, not brittle. The squeaker on the underside does not work, but is also in the proper position in the body. The eyes are perfectly clear, and the mouth has good color and condition. Hooves are also in good condition, and this little horse can still stand on it's own.
This fine-crafted Steiff horse stands approximately 10" tall, and approximately 11" long from nose to base of tail. There aren't many of these vintage horses left, and this one would surely be a beautiful addition to any collection.
We appreciate that you've taken the time to view this item. And we wish you a Happy New Year and the best in 2012!

original one sheet poster Hitchcock 'North by Northwest'
No, it is not the original 1959 release. I had the opportunity in the 1979s to have my choice of original or 1966 reissue posters; I took the latter and have never been sorry. I think it one of the best of the Hitchcock posters; beautiful color, crop-duster action and Hitch carved in stone on Mt. Rushmore. This is a sought-after item and hard to find. Unfortunate rip and tape repair that can be repaired by restorer. I like it as is.

original one sheet poster Hitchcock 'The Wrong Man'
Here is rare poster art from a film I would personal put at the top of the list of great Hitchcock works. An almost documentary, yet incredibly touching film ('Do you have any idea what you've done to my wife?') . Dynamic graphic, clean and direct: Henry Fonda and Vera Miles under surveillance, as if through a microscope. They are trying to prove Fonda's innocence by finding the RIGHT man. BONUS 8' x 10' b/w original photo of Fonda and Miles in the film.

Western Electric Model 302 desk telephone
Here's a little beauty!! Manufactured between 1941-1954 (I've been told its a 1942 model). It has the tennite plastic base and an enameled metal dial face. The marking of H-1 is inside the back bottom (see pic.) One of the felt/leather feet needs replacing but it is overall in great shape. This little beauty needs a good home!
