Enesco Railway Romance Deluxe Action Musical
This is a musical collectible that is the 2nd in the Whistle Stop Express Series. It's a train car on a platform with one side open showing the passengers -- a cute mouse couple sitting down to tea.
New in the box, never taken out.
The music it plays is "Let Me Call You Sweetheart."
When plugged in, the wheels turn, the rail car rocks to the music, Mr. Mouse moves his head and Mrs. Mouse's arm moves up and down as she "pours tea."
It can also be connected in tandem with the "On The Right Track" engine from this series.
This item is from 1992 or 1993.

1960s Vintage Victrola Record Player
1960s vintage Victrola record player in great condition. This item was my great Aunt's - she was a single lady who took great care of the player. The record player has only had 2 homes (hers and mine), so there is minimal wear and tear on the device. I am setting the shipping costs at $150, but will amend when I know for sure how much they will be. The pictures are not great (I took them on my phone), so if you need more please feel welcome to ask for more and I'll break out the camera!

F.A. Dooley Western Saddle
This saddle is in amazing condition and still very usable. The tree is made for a spanish horse. All the ticking on the under side is original. I think it was made in the late 1800's. All the leather is hand tooled and in great condition. Someone down the line had added Mexican Peso's that date 1959. Most of the original silver studs had been removed, but some still remain. Amazing find!

Hand painted African Sadza Batik Wall Hanging
This is a very beautiful Sadza Batik. It matches the style of the Shona Tribe of Zimbabwe. The fabric is 36" X 57". It was purchased in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1989. The age of the piece is uncertain.
This painting technique uses the sadza instead of wax as a masking between the different paint colors. After painting, the canvas is left to dry in the sun. Finally, the fabric is washed to remove the sadza leaving it with a unique finished appearance. Designs often use traditional geometric patterns mixed with stylized objects from everyday life.
Sadza (pronounced sudza) is actually a staple in the diet of the Shona people. Maize (corn) is ground into a fine meal, which is then cooked with water until it is the consistency of mashed potato. Although eaten plain, sadza is often served with a vegatable or meat sauce to give it flavor.

Wai Ming Original Painting, "Go Home"
"Go Home" is a rare and gorgeous original oil painting by Chinese artist Hing Kwok, aka Wai Ming. The painting is 48 x 50, signed in Chinese and English by the artist. The painting appraised by the artist's studio in 2004 for $90,000.00 and on the appraisal form he dated it at 1975. Unless the date is in Chinese, I do not find a date on the painting itself.
