~ BUDWEISER CLYDESDALES AT THE BAUERNHOF ~ ANHEUSER-BUSCH COLLECTOR'S CLUB ~ ~ 1995 MEMBERSHIP STEIN - CHARTER MEMBER ISSUE ~ ~ BUDWEISER CLYDESDALES AT THE BAUERNHOF ~ The stein depicts the majestic poise and power of the World Famous Budweiser Clydesdale eight-horse hitch as it thunders out of the Bauernhof Courtyard at Grant's Farm in St. Louis. One side showcases the elaborate, custom-made leather and brass harness ware worn by each horse and pictures the festive mane carefully braided with red and white bunting and paper flowers. The other side illustrates the familiar Dalmatian trained in early brewing days to protect the horses and guard the wagon when the driver was making deliveries. The pewter lid is topped with a beautiful Clydesdale with mane blowing in the wind. The handle represents the leather harness. Ceramic, 7-1/4" tall. Made in Brazil by Ceramarte.
