German Boy Scout knife originally manufactured by the HUBERTUS Schneidwarenfabrik on Wuppertaler Straße in Solingen, Germany. This is a German Boy Scout knife made by the same company that made the HY knives, the HY was taken out and a Boy Scout's fleur-de-lis emblem was inserted in the old knives. This company made these till the early 70s, but I'm not sure what year this one was made. It's in excellent shape with a fine, sharp blade. The grip and insignia are in very good shape. The Solingen mark is clear on the blade. The sheath is made of metal and leather. It measure about 10" in sheath, from tip to end of the hilt. Frankly, I've seen some modern saw-back versions of this knife, but this knife is still good-to-go in the field. Customers, please carefully review the images. The knife is shipped via U.S.P.S. from New York City; no international sales. This is a final sale for this item. PayPal is accepted, or a certified/cashiers bank check from J.P. Morgan Chase or other reputable bank is preferred.
