Alaskan Walrus Tusk gavel that was passed on to me by my great grandfather in his will, who was not a whaler but a salmon fisherman. It has a basic scrimshaw on the head detailing a Eskimo seal fisherman and the handle has a walrus head carved into it. It is estimated at at least 100 years old. Size: 7 1/2 “ high and 4 ½’ wide
