Description: Lovely hand painted antique Marktredwitz,Bavarian plate from Yaeger & Co., backstamp J&C Bavaria, called Louise!! Backstamp was first used in 1872. This plate is 7.25 inches in diameter and would be nice for any collection. There is some loss of gold from the rim, which is normal for this type of ware. Plate has a satiny soft finish.
