T are 2 lidded beer steins in this auction.
One reads CO A 293rd Engineer Construction Battalion 98th Gen Hosp. I Jan 58 - Apr 58 Bussac Jan 58 - Sept 58 Darmstadt Nov 58 - Dec 58 Baumholder Pvt. Jerry DeFrin Germany 57-59 The mark on the bottom is 2 flowers crossed Made in Bavaria.
The other has a German saying on it. Also A group of singers in front of a pub. Bottom reads BMF Hoffritz Schweinfurt
Both are approx. 9 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" across the bottom. The German one looks like the top knob may be slightly bent. They both need to have the metal tops cleaned. I left them the way I got them. Otherwise both are in good condition.
