Immel 1896 - 1964 was a watercolorist and commercial artist studied at the Ball School of Art in Minneapolis and in 1924 moved to LA, CA where he further studied at Otis Art. Painting is framed in original frame and mat which show some wear but the 15" x 15" painting is in excellent condition
