Description: The box is 5.25 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall. Etched on the underside is "Pewter Reed & Barton 165". Below that is a mark featuring a vertical axe. That's the mark Reed & Barton used in 1931.

Condition: The piece shows some age and the inside is a bit dirty as you'll see in the photos. Perhaps there used to be a cedar lining on the bottom of the inside but I do not know.
