It was created by RICK LEWIS , an internationally renowned sculptor. The artist's work not only graces some of the most elegant homes throughout the world, but also resides in the private collection of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. Impressed with Mr. Lewis's masterful talents, Rugby Laboratories commissioned him to develop a figure of a pharmacist that would represent a seminal epoch in the science of Pharmacy. The artist chose this model . This is a rare work of art, intricate in detail, and is signed and hand numbered by Lewis . This particular bronze is number 1217. The piece stands 10 1/2 inches tall and is 5 inches across at the widest part. The statue wieghs about 3 pounds.
