Antique original Ernhardt Birmingham Open Face Pocket Watch circa 1820s. Timeless pocket watch with number of Hallmarks, of Birmingham, silver, lions, coat of arm. Made by William Ehrhardt. The irony and uniqueness, it has a key and a chain for winding. excellent aged, working condition. the medallion is impressive, with magnificent detailing. Triple case, and each case with special identification. from Great Britain. With Sterling Standard marks from around 1821 it has a town mark, sign of Birmingham. WE (Maker's mark) number 9640 interior of the first cover. Mechanism, with golden color, indicates "Warranted English Lever 326728". Second cover interior has standard Sterling mark of Lion. No sign of defects. Height: 3 in. (7.62 cm) Depth: 05 in. (12.70 cm) Width: 2 in. (5.08 cm) ... some wiggle room on price
