This 1914 Pabst American Girl, is described as "This gorgeous lady is dressed in full length gown of muted shades of tangerine with yellows and greens." This print is not signed on the front. I have not taken it out of the frame. The owner has owned it for over 40 years and the person that gave it to her - her mother owned it before that. So this print is very old. I do not know if it is signed or dated on the back. It is NOT a reproduction. From other research I have found this possibly has an advertisment on the back. But do not know for sure as I have not taken it apart. I did have an Antique Appraiser look at it and she says it is old. She says it values at $600.00
This is one of the harder to find gorgeous, highly sought after ORIGINAL antique 1914 lithograph yard long print.
This STUNNING Victorian or Edwardian lady is lovely and was offered by PABST MALT EXTRACT for the year 1914. She is a beautiful lady dressed in an earth tone orange. She's , wearing an ostrich feather in her hair and holding one in her hand as well.
As an advertising premium she should still maintain the advertising on the back of the print.
Colors are OUTSTANDING!
She is a rarity and does not come up very often.
In good overall condition.
The modern reproduction prints are made from THESE old lithograph prints, this is Guaranteed OLD and NOT a reproduction!
It is the REAL thing!
