This is a community for people who wish to network and share information because they believe that they can market their products and services better than any 3rd Party website.
The goal of this community is to help us all become more proficient at selling directly off of our own websites. We believe that constantly having to adjust to increased fees, burdensome changes, and ridiculous learning curves of corporate sites is the NOT THE ONLY WAY way to go!
Whether your an eBay Powerseller who wants to wean off of the company or you plan to keep your presence there, you are welcome here IF selling more on your own site is your main goal.
For a while I've been collecting sale-able (I hope) collectibles with the idea of setting up an online storefront and/or selling on ebay and/or selling locally in consignment shop, periodic yard sales, or some similar format.

Live auctions via the Internet are an interesting phenomena for me, and I think that this procedure opens the door for improving sales at all auctions. Yes, there are auctions that are a must to attend, but the real world sometimes gets in the way which makes attending nearly impossible. So Internet auctions can help me take part in some important events that don’t fit my schedule.
