Proper Documentations Needed

Editing/modifying drupal core modules is not advisable. Having the core modules modified makes it harder to migrate to newer versions of drupal.
But certain unavoidable circumstances developers to modify the core modules. When these circumstances come, it would be very helpful to have proper documentation. It will keep track of the changes made.

Error in template.php

A repeating error is recorded by the watchdog. This error has been dealt already in the past (around 2 months). But it occured again lately. Further investigation led me to conclude that it was caused by a syntax in template.php. The said systax was written by the UVCMS.
Maybe one of our builds lately brought it back unknowingly.

Members posting questions and “answers to questions” (AaQ & AaW) should have the option to get an email everything someone responds. The default should be to be notified, and the member should be able to turn the notification on/off after posting the questions/answer.
