I only wish there could have been side-side picture comparisons to further illustrate your point. Often, that college days "found piece" will someday turn out to be a valued center piece in the adult home. I would be happy to show some of the furniture I bought while in college and how the "funky piece" in the dorm transformed to a valued antique in my home today. Some of those very pieces enticed me to learn and collect antiques. More than a few objects d'art were found during my college days and I wish I could still buy them for similar prices.
