Announcing Our July 26, 2008 Auction

Zurich Asia is pleased to present its first live auction as an Arthur Maury company on Saturday, July 26, 2008. The sale has been posted to our website. The sale will showcase many Chinese rarities, including an unused 1894 Empress Dowager 24cn vertical pair, imperforate between (Scott 24a), a used 1897 small figure surcharge on 2cn Empress Dowager with surcharge inverted (Scott 30d), an 1897 4-cent on 3-cent Red Revenue, mint block of six (Scott 81), and the unissued “Great Victory of the Cultural Revolution” 8f stamp of 1968. There will also be a good showing of Chinese postal history and other Far Eastern material.
