Misprinted Zane Grey book

have recently come into possession of a copy of Zane Grey's "Last of the Plainsmen." It is a second edition printing, June 3, 1911, copyrighted by A.C. McClurg & Co.

Although I realize it is a rather common find, this copy is a misprint. I originally thought there were actually pages missing. However I later discovered that pages 259 thru 274 seem to not have been included. The reason I believe this to be true, is that pages 259 thru 274 are not present...it has pages 275 thru 290...than repeats pages 275 thru 290 and continues to the conclusion at page 314.

If anyone can give me any kind of insight as to value of misprinted books I would be greatful. I know condition has a large factor in the value and I would be more than happy to correspond with anyone that might have info for me.
