Majolica ?
About January I bought two pieces at a resale shop. I believe it is real Majolica, although no clue as to how old it is.
These Majolica were bought one for $20 and one for $17. 2 different visits.
The guys that run the resale shop buy storage units and estate sales predominantly.
They are both the same except one 10" tall and the other is 9 3/4".
Both have the number 865 in raised letters on the bottom.
The business card was inside. Mentions the name of dealer at a well known antique shop in Houston. On the reverse of the card it says Majolica
But he is out if business, so I could not contact him to ask about this items.
Looking for more information on these. Haven't found anything on the web to help me.

No I am sorry, I am not sure and don't have a Majolica reference book - although I wish I did! Can anyone else help out here with dating?

A lot of majolica was unmarked, particularly the European example made right into the 1930's. Most like this tend to date from the end of the Victorian period.
