[Maggie Turnipseed]

This lamp was found at a local antique mall. It was described as a cloisonné lamp . It is in fact a French Pottery called Longwy. It was once an oil lamp and has been converted to electric. What I like the most is the hand painted glass shade. The shade has a little wear, but it is still charming.

Wonderful Maggie, I am always amazed at how off some dealers are with items! With the internet such a great source, and if I don't know, I try to find out. If I still can't find information, I just put "Beautiful Lamp"!
