old plaster statue i haven't been able to find anything on

i picked this up several years ago and have never been able to find any info on it. i take it out every now and again to try my luck but thus far i've found nothing. i suspect that he is holding coconuts with palm leaves but that is just a guess. i also considered it to be tobacco leaves but that doesn't explain the round things. very stylized and looks to be fairly old from the cracking of the finish. any help would be very appreciated.

Does he have any marks or signatures on the bottom? Also, how big is he?

no marks. i posted it on another site and a guy thought it may be from WWII in hawaii for soldiers as souvenirs.
