Vase with Handles and Roses INFO NEEDED PLEASE

I have an 8" vase with handles and pink flowers in relief. I have not been able to identify the mark. The marking on the bottom is two crossed pointed arrows with 3 feathers in blue. Can someone please tell me what I have here?

It is a fake mark. The vase was produced in Japan, and sold through gift stores. Last half if the 20th century (post-1950). Value $15-30.
