I have searched the internet exstensively and have found not a lot!

I found the same pattern for sale on eBay UK in both a blue/grey (number 1344) and a pink/grey version. One seller called the pattern "Flame" and noted (as with yours) the number 1345 on the bottom of the pink/grey cup.

I looked through Replacements.com and didn't find this particular Royal Standard pattern on file, either by name/number or image. You might try sending your photos to them and they may possibly be able to identify your pattern. Good luck!
