Lebadang was born in Vietnam in 1922 and emigrated to France in 1939 to study at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse. His first one-man show was held in Paris in 1950, his first American show being held in 1966 at the Cincinnati Art Museum. His work can be seen in the Rockefeller Collection and the Phoenix Art Museum . Retail values for his work are anywhere from $2000.00-$3500.00, but the auction market currently does not support such values, with his lithographs often selling for under $200.00 this past year.
