Please help with Asian watercolor

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me with the artist of a watercolor I have. I know there are tons of paintings out there that are nothing, but the quality of this one is better than most. I am not even sure about what country it's from. It is a large painting with the sight size being 37 x 22 inches. I have included a picture of the characters and the chop as well as of the whole picture. It is scroll mounted to a piece of wood. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Nice painting. I can't tell you much other than it doesn't look Japanese to me. The signature looks either Chinese or Korean. I can't really say which. IF it was Japanese the characters look older. Older means Meiji or older. Meiji ended in 1912. Not much information but I hope it helps.
