Those I've seen have been described as an antique or vintage accordion/collapsible Doll Crib.

It's a folding "Camp Cot", originally it would have had a canvas bottom. These were used as extra bedding when there would be an overload of guests, the smaller ones used for children. They can date anywhere from the 1870's through to about world War One (1914). Some designs were patented, and if so often will have a stamp or label which will give you a date range of about 15 years of when they were made.
