Biscuit jar markings
Does anyone know what this etching mark says? It is some sort of oriental marking etched on the bottom of a clear glass biscuit jar. Also under the top of the silver lid are the pressed marks "EPNS" and below that are 2 symbols and D&H. Thank you for any help.

EPNS means electro-plated nickel silver.... can anyone else help with a further identification or valuation?
