Bourbon Decantor with gold type overlay and two "cross keys" embedded on side?

Another puzzler for me is this decanter that has a gold scroll type overlay at lower half of bottle and the word "Bourbon" inscribed in overlay. Cork top still fits fine. One side of this bottle has two "crossed keys" embedded in the glass. I find nothing like it anywhere on line or locally. Pictures attached if you help me figure this ones value or history. Thank you.

Based on the images this is a commercial product made under contract for the Crossed Keys Distillery, better known for Rum than Bourbon. Commemorative and special issue Decanters like this have been sold since the 1950's. I don't have any information on this one, but most like it seldom predate the 1960's and sell for less than $50.00
