Who made this and what is the pattern?

I have searched the internet for months, even sent it to WIW2U and nobody has any idea of maker , pattern or any info at all. The only thing I know is it probably a Mayo with Underplate and Spoon. Would anyone here have and info at all? It would definitely be appreciated!

Hello,
It looks like uranium glass to me. If you use the term in a search engine it comes out with a lot of very similar items. Your piece looks a lot like pre-W.W. 2 type glass. Just a guess.
