Unique Vase 16" Any Ideas? Puzzled

I purchased this vase at a little off the beaten path antiques store. Don't know any more information outside of that. Never seen anything else like it. It does appear to be hand blown with no markings. Is very well-made with clean lines, the top creases looks like where a rod would've been placed. The color is a pale green almost cream with a clear band in the middle.
I would greatly appreciate if anybody knows any information about it or maker.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Without a marking it's impossible to determine a maker, but it's generally 19th Century and referred to as "Bristol Glass", after the area in England where a great deal of it was manufactured. In most cases it has a painted decoration, usually birds or flowers, in some cases portraits. While not mass production in the modern sense, it was made in very large numbers, so values tend to be quite modest for the majority of it.
