I just purchased this 14k and turquoise ring and I am having a very difficult time finding the mark anywhere. It looks like a 7 over a 3 with two branches on either side. It is possible that these are not numbers since, I think, Middle Eastern countries like to put turquoise into gold. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It has me stumped. It might be the hallmark of a maker rather than a gold hallmark. I have gone through all the European hallmarks and none that I can find have the laurel(looking) leaves around their hallmarks.
I figured it was the maker. I thought that maybe it was a higher end piece because of the mark. Thank you for your help.
