1966 Brooch by Boucher?
I have this dog brooch that marked 66 and the copyright symbol on one ear and it kinda looks like B Co or Balme or Palme? I've never seen anything like it and have researched it to death. It has garnet/ruby (?) eyes and nose and clear stones on the ears. It's very detailed. Should I have it appraised to see if the gem stones are real? I know it's not gold but maybe it's Vermeil? It's very very well made, however. Thanks!!!!
