What are these VINTAGE TRICOLORED CRYSTAL BEADS really called? Help!
What are these VINTAGE TRICOLORED CRYSTAL BEADS really called?
From my moms collection, they are perfect and very vintage. Are they glass? I think they are crystal- wow if they could be Swarovski! I want to sell these but have no idea how to list them correctly or what the ballpark value might be.
Are they Cones? Drops? I don't even know what the shapes are called!7 vintage multicolor crystals 4.jpg
Any comment or answer would be really appreciated! Thanks!

Hi..
Providing they are real (not man-made), they are called "iris quartz" or sometimes "rainbow quartz". Often you'll see them listed as iris glass, if they were re-created (occurred in Bohemia in the late 19th century)..

Thank you! I can't imagine these colors happening naturally- I'd have to guess they are 'man made'. Thanks for the info!
